1March 30th, 2014 - NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) competition took Tyler Reddick to Martinsville Speedway (Martinsville, Virginia) over the weekend for the Kroger 250.

Mother Nature unfortunately plagued the event on Saturday as not only did qualifying fall victim to rain, but the race was also affected. As a result it was postponed to Sunday evening at 5 p.m.

Via points Tyler started 17th on the grid in his #19 BKR/Broken Bow Records/Reese Towpower Ford F-150. In his Martinsville debut at the tight confines of the tricky oval Reddick kept his nose clean and learned throughout the day as he continued to gain valuable seat time. He ran in the top 20 for the majority of the event before registering a 16th place finish at the checkered flag.

"I learned so much today at Martinsville, and my team did a great job of tweaking the truck to get it better and better as the race progressed," noted Reddick. "I'm looking forward to coming back to this place because I think we will be ready to be a contender."
